MonAI is an app that helps you manage your personal finances. It is not a regulated financial service and does not provide financial, tax or legal advice.
The data you enter in the app is your sole responsibility. We recommend making regular backups. The developer is not liable for data loss resulting from uninstalling the app, resetting the device or hardware malfunctions.
If you use an AI provider (Google Gemini), you are also subject to the terms of use of the provider you choose. Any AI API costs (where applicable) are your responsibility.
Answers and analyses generated by the AI assistant (totals, comparisons, observations about your spending) are for information purposes only, may contain errors and do not constitute financial, tax or investment advice.
Estimates computed by the app on the device — such as the end-of-month forecast, the financial score and goal projections — are also statistical indications based on your past data: they do not guarantee future results and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.
The values of cryptocurrencies, metals and listed securities shown in the app come from public third-party sources and are purely indicative: they may be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed with respect to the market. They are not official quotations nor a basis for investment decisions. The developer does not guarantee their accuracy and is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of such data.
MonAI does not execute real market transactions: the Assets section — including the automatic accumulation plan (recurring investment) — merely records and monitors values for information purposes. No real money is moved, invested or transferred by the app.
MonAI is free to download and includes a complete personal finance manager. Some advanced features (AI assistant, Assets section, financial score, PDF import and export, automatic backup, extra themes and customisations) are grouped under the name MonAI Plus.
MonAI Plus features are unlocked with an auto-renewable in-app subscription purchased through the App Store: monthly (€2.99) or yearly (€24.99). Prices may vary by country and currency: the exact amount is always shown in Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm.
Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. When it ends, the subscription automatically converts to the paid plan you chose, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Renewal and cancellation: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to your Apple ID, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it anytime from your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payment is handled entirely by Apple: Apple's refund conditions apply (reportaproblem.apple.com).
In earlier versions (1.0.x) MonAI Plus features were temporarily included for free for everyone: in later updates, unlocking them requires the subscription. Any promotions or offer codes are issued and managed through the App Store. No charge can ever happen without your explicit purchase confirmed with Apple.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Substantial changes will be communicated through an app update.
